We have had many of Chef Jeff’s meals and all were delicious! He accommodates dietary restrictions if need be. As a busy working mom, it’s such a relief to not have to worry about the dreaded “what’s for dinner?” question! It’s a great value and delivered to your door step!!

I have known Jeff for more than 20 years as a fellow firefighter and more importantly a close friend. He is reliable and loyal to commitments he makes.

Jeff has a wealth of information in many different types of food. I am always impressed how he thinks out of the box with ingredients; creating combinations that complement each other. He does this routinely and seemingly effortlessly. His knowledge of foods, seasoning and their origins are beyond impressive. He has a natural understanding and deep respect for the traditional foods of many cultures and a fearlessness to tackle any recipe.

I always look forward to meals he prepares. Whether he is cooking for the crew at the firehouse, a social gathering at his home or enough to serve a hundred at an event, the quality is always at its highest. I have known him to put as much effort into making a tray of macaroni and cheese as he would the best quality steak to ensure the taste and presentation was the best it could be.

Of the many meals and dishes he prepares, my favorite is the cold salmon. (Just don’t add salt or pepper before you taste it, he has likely got it just right.)

You will not be disappointed with anything Chef Jeff prepares for your dinner or special event. While it is true firefighters will eat just about anything, we really do prefer what Jeff makes; I’m sure you will too.

On several occasions I've have the pleasure of enjoying Chef Jeff's creations. Professionally trained, innate passion and experience all blend together to make him your chef of choice.

Jeff prepared two fabulous trays of tender grilled filet mignon with grilled veggies. Great presentation, even better tasting accompanied by chimichurri and horseradish sauces. Yum. Also enjoyed a tray of grilled sweet potatoes and white potatoes, and a wonderful grilled chicken with tomato bruschetta. Lots of left-overs to share with guests. This served a party of 50 in June. Can't wait ‘til Jeff cooks for us again.

Chef Jeff has helped us on multiple occasions including major holidays and impromptu gatherings. He is flexible and accommodating – offering suggestions while tailoring dishes to our specific needs. From market to oven, from fridge to fork, Jeff loves food … and his is delicious!

Jeff’s food not only tastes good but looks good. He knows how to present food in such a way that you are eager to try it. I just love his veggie dishes! So creative in presentation and seasoned just right!

Whether it's dish or two that I need to bring to a family party, or all the food catered at a family party, I will always use Chef Jeff! The sausage and peppers were a hit even with the picky 11-year-old who said they were amazing, and the meatballs are delicious and everyone wants the sauce recipe! Everything is beautifully presented and delivered on time with a smile!
