The company, The Chef Jeff was established in 2010 and has been based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, though my journey as a chef has been lifelong over the course of 40 years. My early passion for food inspired me to pursue culinary expertise at the Culinary Institute of America. From those early days in a bustling Epcot Center kitchen to years spent honing my skills as a sous chef and corporate caterer in New Jersey, every experience has enriched my culinary style.
